There are many ways to become involved with the 2026 Kirra Longboard Klassic, whether you want to contribute behind the scenes, showcase your creativity, support the surfing community, or simply soak up the stoke at Kirra Beach. We welcome volunteers across all areas of the event, from helping with competitor check-in, beach support and site set-up during the surfing competition, to assisting at the Waves of Expression surf art and photography exhibition as gallery hosts, exhibition support crew, photographers or videographers.

We’re also seeking sponsors at all levels to help grow this community-driven festival, along with musicians, buskers and performers to bring the Your Mates Beach Bar entertainment zone to life. Community groups, environmental supporters and beach clean-up crews are encouraged to join in too. Whether you’re an artist, a volunteer, a partner, or just someone who loves surfing and good vibes, there’s a place for everyone at the Kirra Longboard Klassic — come be part of the fun, friendship and festival atmosphere in 2026.
